📨 STEP 15 Governance, communication, and change management
Governance, communication, and change management
- Define responsibilities regarding signing authority, updates, treasury management, and conflicts of interest.
- If a governance structure is implemented, define its scope, voting procedures, quorum requirements, powers, and responsibilities.
- Do not announce partnerships, audits, mainnet launches, licenses, or commercial availability without current supporting evidence.
- Update the roadmap quarterly, retain previous versions, and justify any schedule changes.
- Any material changes to tokenomics, risks, or architecture must also be reflected in the whitepaper.
